Here at Homes for Good we care deeply about the safety of our residents and staff and understand that we have an important work to do in providing crucial services for low-income families in Lane County. We are actively monitoring the information regarding the coronavirus (COVID-19) in collaboration with Lane County, HUD, and other agencies throughout the community.

Main Office (100 West 13th Ave)

As a precautionary measure to prevent the spread of COVID-19, Homes for Good’s main lobby will be open by appointment only starting June 1st, 2021.

30-minute appointments will be available for current residents and program participants to meet with Housing Specialists. Appointments will be available on Tuesday and Thursdays from 9am-1pm and 2pm-4pm. Appointments will start on the hour.

When you arrive for your appointment

  • Call 541-852-8139 upon arrival to be let in for your appointment. If you do not have a phone, please knock on the glass door.
  • You will be required to wear a mask during your appointment. If you do not have a mask, staff can provide you with one.
Site Offices

Homes for Good Site Offices are open in limited capacities for residents. Please contact your Property Manager or Assistant Property Manager to schedule an appointment.

General Information

There are several ways that community members can get up to date information about COVID-19.

Lane County has set up an Non-Emergency COVID-19 Call Center for general COVID-19 questions. The Call Center is open from 8:00 am. to 5:00 pm. Monday through Friday at 541-682-1380
