This new office will create a one-stop-shop for customers and improve access to our services. Close to public transit, highways, and parking, the location is ideal for who we serve. All staff can be in one place for improved service to customers, as well as more needed space for all Homes for Good functions. A new office space will improve privacy for customers and allow for improved organization of work. Overall the new space will help our staff better serve Lane County.

Free Parking is available at our Service Center for Homes for Good Residents and visitors seeking our services. Entrances are location both on 13th Avenue and Charnelton.Public Transportation
The Homes for Good Service Center is located .2 miles from the Eugene LTD Bus Station.
Services
Homes for Good offers a number of services from our lobby, some services you will need to make an appointment for, some you can receive on a walk-in basis.

Please note that Site Offices will be continuing to offer in-person appointments and open office hours as posted onsite. Residents are still able to receive services on their sites if preferred.

Are you a former employee looking for a 2025 tax form?
Homes for Good provides W-2 and Form 1095-C access electronically for current and former employees.
W-2 Forms
W-2s are available through ADP for all current and former employees. You can access your W-2 by logging into ADP. Once logged in, go to Myself → Pay & Tax Statements to download your form.
Form 1095-C
Form 1095-C is an informational tax form that shows whether your employer offered you health insurance during the year. Most employees do not need this form to file their federal tax return, but you may want it for your records or if your tax preparer requests it. Homes for Good does not automatically mail paper copies of Form 1095-C. If you need a copy, you may request one using the online request form.
Requested forms will be provided within 30 days of the date the request is received.
