There are 85 units in the Eugene Scattered Sites, including a mix of duplexes and single family homes. They are spread across several zip codes, and range in size from two bedrooms to four bedrooms. Each unit includes a private fenced yard, stove, refrigerator, and washer/dryer hookups. To many of our residents they represent the Gold standard of public housing. However, due to their geographic distance and non-uniformity of floor plans, they can be expensive to manage and maintain. As a result, we are in the process of selling nine of the units through the RAD program to convert the federal assistance to another project.
