The Commons on MLK is a 51 unit Permanent Supportive Housing program that offers on-site property management and supportive services. Located on Martin Luther King Boulevard, in Eugene, Oregon next to both Lane County Behavioral Health and Community Health Center primary health care. The Commons on MLK uses a housing first approach that minimizes barriers to entry for those who wouldn’t otherwise have access to housing. Amenities include private bathrooms and kitchenettes, common areas, on-site laundry, a 24/7 reception desk, and meeting rooms and office areas for program support and delivery. Homes for Good provides housing based case management and an array of supportive services to support housing stability and community connection. Quantum Residential Inc. provides property management services and Project Based Vouchers are provided through Homes for Good.
