While Homes for Good ensures your unit meets HUD’s Housing Quality Standards, it is your landlord's responsibility to make necessary repairs. If you believe your home is not meeting these standards, you need to submit a maintenance request to your landlord in writing. If your needed repair is an immediate threat to your health or a hazard to your safety, please contact your housing specialist.
